- Platform
- Multi-tenant cloud platform with line status, downtime capture, OEE, Andon, quality, workforce and audit log. German and English.
- Hardware
- Demonstrator with a SIMATIC S7-1500 as machine controller, an S7-1200 as data PLC, SCALANCE XC208 and S615 and an IOT2050 gateway. Real machine data in the platform.
- Security
- Own PKI with device certificates, MQTT over mTLS, tenant isolation down to the database. Cloud or on-premise.
- Funding and network
- Incubated at HIKE Lab, Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, funded by the German BMFTR. Exhibited at W3+ Fair Jena 2026.
- Next step
- Pilot installations at manufacturers and incorporation of the company.
Co-founding
We are looking for a co-founder.
The technology is in place. What MectoSYS needs now is someone for marketing and business development: someone who builds the brand, wins customers, negotiates partnerships and shapes the company with us.
Your profile
- Experience in marketing or business development, ideally in B2B or industry
- Enjoy winning customers and building partnerships
- An interest in manufacturing and automation – we bring the technical know-how
- Contacts among mid-sized manufacturers are a big plus
- The drive to shape a company from the very beginning
